I joined the Human Resources Division in 2000 to provide general HR administrative assistance to the team dedicated to the Supply Chain Division. Rapidly, I became involved in recruitment activities for the Information System Division and later for Flavors and Fragrances. In 2007, I joined the newly created Recruitment Center and had the chance to recruit for all Divisions. I am also actively involved in the promotion of our company at student fairs or career forums.

I have spent eight wonderful and enriching years working with great professionals from whomI have learnt enormously. Having been in contact with many different people across the organization, I can definitely say that Firmenich is driven by its people and passion. It is extremely stimulating to work with committed and passionate people who are eager to share their knowledge and ideas. I also really enjoy the international dimension of the company, enabling me to be in contact with colleagues and candidates from all over the world.
