I started my career in the HR division in our Geneva HQ office in 1996, and held over the past years many exciting positions from HR project management to HR business partnership roles in Switzerland and in the USA (Princeton). I enjoy the professionalism and friendliness of the people that I meet and which make Firmenich a great place to work.

Today, I hold the position of head of Compensation and Benefits for the Group, in addition to other HR Management activities. We have developed and tailored compensation and benefits programs over the years by following our guiding principles: our “Firmenich Fundamentals”.

I believe that the long term success of our Company depends on finding the right balance between our people’s needs and our business results. At Firmenich we are ensuring that all employees are provided with the means to develop both themselves and their careers across our organization. To help our employees we have developed a Career Ladder, which embeds a Competency Framework and a Progress Review providing the structure that enables them to manage their career development.
