I started working at Firmenich in 2007 as “Assistant Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs, Flavors”. I hold a degree in Nutrition Science and received my PhD within an EU project called NOFORISK (Quantitative Risk Assessment Strategies for Novel Foods).
