Computer assisted molecular modelling
allows us to compute and visualize the molecular shapes of these ingredients, and helps us to predict the organoleptic properties of a given molecular structure. We can also estimate physical parameters such as water solubility and volatility, which help us select attractive candidate molecules prior to their synthesis.
