2010 Firmenich Flavor and Fragrance Science Award

Recognizing important scientific contribution in the area of flavors and fragrances, covering physical, chemical and biological sciences, delivery technologies and human perception.

The Firmenich Flavor and Fragrance Science Award is awarded to a young scientist (born after 1970) who has made an important scientific contribution in the area of flavors and fragrances, covering physical, chemical and biological sciences, delivery technologies and human perception.

In addition to a prize of € 10’000, the laureat will be given the opportunity to present his/her research on the occasion of an international scientific meeting, as well as at Firmenich’s headquarters in Geneva (this presentation will be subsequently published in the “Flavour and Fragrance Journal”).

The Award Committee is composed of the Firmenich Corporate R&D Vice President, the Editor from the “Flavour and Fragrance Journal”, and three internationally renowned experts.
