Firmenich Flavor and Fragrance Science Award

At Firmenich we believe it is important to encourage and recognize young, gifted scientists.

The Firmenich Flavor and Fragrance Science Award was launched in 2000 in co-operation with the "Flavour and Fragrance Journal", John Wiley & Sons, and is granted annually. The objective of this award is to stimulate both academic and industrial research, and to especially encourage young, gifted scientists.

This prize is awarded for an important scientific contribution in the area of flavors and fragrances, covering physical, chemical and biological sciences, delivery technologies and human perception.

In addition to a monetary prize, the laureat will be given the opportunity to present his/her research on the occasion of an international scientific meeting, as well as at Firmenich’s headquarters in Geneva.
