Biography

Lauren was born in New York, spending much of her early childhood there until relocating with her family to Princeton, New Jersey. She attended Villanova University, in Pennsylvania. Lauren graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and International Business. Her history with Firmenich began early, as her mother worked at Firmenich for 15 years. Upon receiving her degree, Lauren joined Firmenich full time as a member of the Colgate Palmolive Global Business Unit, working on several categories including body care, hair care, oral care and even pet food. After many years on this account, she relocated to the Firmenich Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland to manage Oral Care Global Marketing, part of the Flavor Division. After almost three years in this position, Lauren moved back to the US in 2010, and joined the Fine Fragrance team, based out of the New York City office. She has held several positions, working on and leading commercial teams including LBrands and Avon. She currently resides in New York City and works in our New York Office as VP Fine Fragrance Marketing.
