Biography

Lester Donato was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States at a young age. He graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting, and subsequently earned his Certified Public Accountant qualification. Lester has worked in the Fragrance and Flavors industry since 2005. He joined Firmenich in the Princeton location in 2010 as a Plant Controller, and relocated to Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2012. There, he served as Regional Director of Controlling, Supply Chain Americas and then as Latin America Business Controller. Since 2017, he has worked out of the Paris, France office as the Global Fine Fragrance Controller.
