Biography

With her rich background in marketing and brand roles from her 11 years tenure at Colgate-Palmolive, Joni joined Firmenich in 2000 as a marketing director, growing and coaching a team that provided targeted fragrance innovations.

In 2006, she moved into global commercial roles, managing global sales across home care, body care and household categories. In her current capacity, she is doing what she enjoys and excels in – developing, aligning & implementing strategies at a global level.

Born in Wisconsin, USA, Joni graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Finance and holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is currently based out of Princeton, USA.
