Low calorie sweetener typically used in combination with other sweeteners. 1500 to 1800 times sweeter than sucrose at threshold levels and 400 to 600 times sweeter at practical levels.
At low concentration (below 3ppm) it's acting as flavor enhancer and can slightly reduce bitterness and improve mouthfeel in some products. Heat stable, non cariogenic and suitable for diabetics
