VIOLET LEAF EGYPT ABS

Green, floral, slightly orange flower-like notes.

Intensely dark green and possessing a very powerful and peculiar odor (truly green-Ieaf), but with an indisputable floral and delicate note which makes it immediately reminiscent of violets in a bouquet.

It blends very well with tuberose, narcissus, tea leaf absolute, clary sage absolute, estragon, cumin, basil, and with synthetic ingredients.

A primary extraction with volatile solvent on fresh or dry biomass yields to a Concrete or Resinoid.
The Absolute is obtained via a second purification step in the process.

This ingredient is both convenient for perfumery and flavor applications.
