MASTER PERFUMER HARRY FREMONT RECEIVES LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD FROM FRAGRANCE FOUNDATION

Geneva, Switzerland, June 15, 2017 – Firmenich proudly announces that Harry Fremont, Master Perfumer, Firmenich is this year’s recipient of the Fragrance Foundation’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

Raised in the South of France, Harry moved to New York in 1990 to open Firmenich’s Creative Center in Manhattan as its first full time Perfumer. He played a pivotal role in the development of the company’s reputation in the US and is the only perfumer to have won the International Prize from the French Society of Perfumers two years in a row. Harry’s creative work is truly expansive, counting many Body Care and Fine Fragrance successes, across all regions. Notable creations and co-creations include fragrance classics such as Ralph Lauren Romance, Bath & Body Works’ Japanese Cherry Blossom, Estée Lauder’s Modern Muse, Calvin Klein’s CK One and Yves Saint Laurent’s Mon Paris, as well as several of the top Axe variants.
