These revealed that the number one change consumers intended to make to their food and beverage choices in all regions was to reduce their sugar intake.


Our research also revealed an increase in consumer awareness between nutrition and health, with almost 30% of consumers surveyed indicating that they had increased their consumption of plant-based foods this year.
