Through our commitment to equal opportunities for all, we partner with a number of organizations to reach out to people with different abilities and help them develop their work skills. In particular, through a pioneering program with a local NGO (SGIPA), we have set a target of employing 17 young people and young adults with intellectual disabilities.

Firmenich is also on the global management board of the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN), a worldwide coalition of leading companies committed to promoting work-based learning programs for young people, by collaborating with governments.
