FIRMENICH COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF “NATURAL FLAVORS”, LEADER IN ORGANIC-CERTIFIED FLAVORS

Geneva, Switzerland, February 6, 2018 – Further to the announcement dated December 21st, 2017, Firmenich is pleased to confirm that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Natural Flavors, Inc. Headquartered in Newark, NJ, U.S.A., Natural Flavors is a leading manufacturer of high-quality organic-certified natural flavors for the food and beverage industry. Recognized as a pioneer in organic flavoring, the Group developed and commercialized the first organic-certified flavors in North America during the late 1990s.
