Sweet, ambery, balsamic, Myrrh reveals liquorice and smoky undertones.

Its odor is warm-spicy, with a very peculiar sharp-balsamic aspect.

A typical profile with fresh, mushroom, camphor-like, spicy and musky notes.

Used in Fine Fragrance for oriental, gourmand and chypre accords.
It gives a deep balsamic and ambery facet with a typical liquorice effect.

Obtained by distillation of the biomass with water, or steam.
The essential oil is physically separated from the aqueous phase by decantation.
