Biography

Florence Bagneris was born in Marseille, France, she studied chemistry in Strasbourg and marketing in Lyon, graduating with a Master of Chemical Engineering from ECPM, and master’s degree in Marketing from EM Lyon Business School. In 2001, Florence moved to the US where she started her sales career in the F&F industry with Rhodia. Between 2004 and 2007, Florence was the sales lead of cosmetic ingredients for Induchem USA. In 2007, Florence joined Firmenich in the New York City office. Since then, she has been managing various global and local fine fragrance accounts, including Coty, Interparfums, Nest, and L’Oréal USA. She is currently the global VP Sales for the Estee Lauder Companies account. Florence has two children, and lives with her family in Rye, NY.
