Biography

Alec joined Firmenich in November 2019, bringing with him more than 15 years of sales experience in the Perfumery industry. Starting his career in account management, Alec went on to take on increasing senior commercial roles and most recently led a highly successful perfumery commercial team in China before coming onboard Firmenich. With his high energy, track record and deep customer relationships with local customers, Alec will play a key role in leading the ever-dynamic Chinese market.

Born in Jiangxi, China, Alec holds a bachelor’s from the University of International Business and Exportation with a major in International Trade. He is based out of Shanghai and represents China in the global Consumer Fragrances Leadership Team.
