A highly substantive material with a deep and diffusive sandalwood note, featuring the natural creamy qualities of East Indian Sandalwood.

This ingredient is a highly substantive and cost-efficient material, offering a wonderful diffusive sandalwood effects in any application. It is ideal for woody accords, musky notes, milk accords, and sandalwood notes in woody perfumes, and can bring a distinct cosmetic note.

dsm-firmenich uses the upcycled Turpentine extracted from the paper industry, often those that use softwood to manufacture cardboard. Derived originally from softwoods, this turpentine is valorized through a fractionation process in which we retrieve alpha and beta pinene, the two main molecules obtained from fractionated turpentine.
