Galbanum

Green, fresh, garlic powerful. Galbanum offers a very intense green scent accompanied by a turpentine and resinous odor. The initial notes are bitter, followed by complex green, spicy, woody, balsam-like notes. dsm-firmenich’s process enhances the Undecatriènes and the green, floral, fruity note of Galbanum over the turpentine note.

Incorporated into any composition, galbanum boosts fragrance properties. It thus enters into the composition of many perfumes because of its power to fix odor and enhance long-lastingness.

The SFE process preserves all the facets and the natural profile identity to guarantee a high purity extract.

Supercritical CO2 Extraction is a technology in which carbon dioxide, put beyond its critical point (73 bars and 30°C), becomes a supercritical fluid with special properties.
