Sourcing

Hay consists of dried meadow grasses and is used around the world as a stock feed. It exudes a warm, herbaceous scent strongly evocative of summer.

France

Our hay its sourced from the department of Var, in the South of France.
Independent farmers cut the hay between June and August from both cultivated and wild meadows across the bucolic hills of the Var. The cut grass is left to dry in the field, under the sun, and then delivered to dsm-firmenich's plant in the South of France for processing.
