Sweet, ambery, balsamic, MYRRH EO reveals liquorice and smoky undertones.
Its odor is warm-spicy, with a very peculiar sharp-balsamic aspect.
Perfumery usage
Used in Fine Fragrance for ambery, gourmand and chypre accords.
It gives a deep balsamic and ambery facet with a typical liquorice effect.
Process
Obtained by distillation of the biomass with water, or steam.
The essential oil is physically separated from the aqueous phase by decantation.
