TONKA BEAN ABS gives a very nice natural effect in the fern, amber and oriental notes. Coumarin is responsible of the pleasant odor of the beans, which led the perfume industry to label these extracts in the “Gourmand” family.
A primary extraction with volatile solvent on fresh or dry biomass yields to a Concrete or Resinoid. The Absolute is obtained via a second purification step in the process.
