France
Provence region (France), produces 95% of the Lavandin in the world, a cultivation that is also associated with other aromatic ingredients: Lavender and Clary sage.
When sourced in Provence, coriander is grown together with several other aromatic products.
This ensures a higher and more regular income for farmers than the traditional association of Lavandin and Wheat.
Coriander seeds are then distilled locally with the best techniques in order to provide the best quality ingredient.
