The Firmenich Natural Ingredients Innovation Center in Grasse, France, shares its expertise with our partner to adjust delicately the roasting parameters on the green coffee beans. Each reference developed is the fruit of a delicate selection of coffee origin, specific roasting condition and a dedicated process.

In addition to the existing range of Coffee specialties, Firmenich recently developed a range of Coffee Extract Water Soluble (WS).
Usually very rare in natural extracts, roasted and smoky notes are deeply concentrated in this differentiating ingredients’ selection.

Highly aromatic, the organoleptic profile is light and rich in top notes while offering elegant taste with no bitter effect.
