Sourcing Blackcurrant in France allows dsm-firmenich to extract fresh products in its factory in Tourrettes (South of France). This close involvement gives us thetotal control and traceability to ensure the highest quality.
dsm-firmenich works with two cooperatives that work with 70 local producers. Since the 2000s, they have transformed their manual harvest into a mechanical one by adapting existing machines to their specific needs.
