I have been working in the food industry for the past 8 years of my career also have some experience in research and development. I am currently working in the Firmenich quality department in which I specialize in the testing of raw materials as well as other functions of the laboratory.
My passion for food science stared back in high school where I was more interested in the science behind different foods I used to see in the market, so I wanted to know more about it and understand the process behind it all. My motivation comes from doing what I love and understanding the different factors that contribute to a good product you see in the market.
My favorite experience working for Firmenich is being part of a global organization that has so much exposure for each individual who wants to empower themselves with knowledge and practical experience.
