Galbanum is an aromatic gum resin made from wild picked flowers in the mountains of Northern Iran, yet Firmenich sources galbanum gums in Europe directly.

Each lot is carefully selected to enable perfect quality. The gums are processed in our manufacture in Grasse.

Galbanum contributes to juicy freshy notes in tropical flavors thanks to its green sharp terpenic impact notes
